Hello guys. Had a little in water emergency today with shoulder dump valve failure on a dragon bc . Its only 20 dives new and on the surface it popped off and took on water and failed to power inflate. Lucky my training kicked in from my SSI education ????. Im ok. Only my ego bruised but it can be a serious concern for a novice diver. Are all BC dump valves screwed tight before leaving factory or is there a better way to have them locked into place to prevent them coming off. I know i should check my total diving system myself and i dont hold mares responsible however i wanted to pass this on as feedback . Thankyou. (I will email the dive centre I purchased to make sure they check before selling ) thanks for your time
