A professional photographer since 1981, Pascal Baril then became a collaborator with various photographic press agencies:  Associated-Press, Interpress, Kipa-Presse and Corbis-Sygma.

In 2003 he created his own photographic press agency, Planète Bleue Images, and collaborated with the first editions of the magazine Plongeurs International.

His photographs are regularly published in French and international press.

Some recent exhibits:
2014 – Photography exhibition with a circus theme, in collaboration with the Cirque Lydia Zavatta at the Château de Sucy-en-Brie.
2013 - Underwater fashion exhibition entitled ‘Dream’ at the Objectif Bastille gallery, Paris, in conjunction with CANSON Infinity photographic papers.
2010 - ‘Zoom Exp’Eau’ photography exhibition presented underwater between -1m and -12m deep at the Fosse des Sénarts deep diving pool.
2010 – Underwater photography exhibition at the Objectif Bastille gallery in Paris (duration 2 months).
2009 – ‘A la rencontre du monde Sous-Marin’ exhibit. Huge prints on canvas as part of the EAU’ZEN Festival in the gardens of the Enghien-les-Bains town hall.
2008 – A four-month exhibition ‘A la découverte des fonds marins’ at Club Med World, Paris, Bercy.
