1. When will my order arrive?
Our delivery times are 3 to 5 working days. For more information visit our shipping policy page.
2. What payment methods are accepted on the mares.com website?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards
- PayPal
- ApplePay
3. My welcome code for the 15% discount doesn't work.
Ensure you have entered the correct code. If the code is correct but still doesn’t work, some products in your cart may be excluded from the discount. For more details, check our list of excluded products.
4. I did not receive my 15% discount code after signing up for the newsletter.
The email might have been marked as SPAM, so check your junk mail folder. The email with the discount code can take up to 15 minutes to arrive. If you still haven’t received your code after this time, email us at shop@mares.com and we will assist you.

1. How can I make a return?
To return a product purchased on mares.com, follow the instructions on our return policy page.
2. Can I exchange sizes?
Our online store does not provide a size exchange service. If you ordered the wrong size, we recommend making a return and reordering the correct size.
3. I made a return, when can I expect to receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the order, within 14 days of our warehouse receiving your return.

1. I have a problem with my product, what should I do?
- If you purchased your product on our website mares.com, email us at shop@mares.com and we will be happy to help you;
- If you purchased your product from a Mares retailer, contact the store; they will assist or advise you accordingly.
2. How do I know if my product is still under warranty?
Check the date on your purchase receipt; all our products have a two-year warranty from the purchase date.
