Guillaume Dendrael

Guillaume started spearfishing at the age of 16 and at 20 he joined his first club and started competing.

After 3 team championship titles in Normandy, he became French teams champion in 2006. Now, after more than 20 years, he tries to take part in as many competitions as possible.

He practices his passion in north Contentin, from east to west, whenever he can. He doesn’t have a preferred technique: He likes waiting, hunting and ice fishing, adapting to the situation and the moment, easily moving between 0 and 20m.

Guillaume's favourite fish is pollock, which he mainly fishes using a waiting technique.

After 2 years, he became the president of the FNPSA Normandy league and organises regional competitions as well as 2 friendly boat competitions (‘La Fléche d’Or’ and ‘Le Festival Bar’).
