THE LOOP 15X SECOND STAGE FROM MARES SETS NEW STANDARDS IN THE WORLD OF DIVE REGULATORS

The thing that sets the Loop apart from all the other second stages available today is its special “vertical” use. In order to implement this, the second stage was conceived and designed so that the hose can be run under the shoulder instead of above it. With this solution, the manufacturer from Rapallo has responded to the numerous requests from the market to have a second stage that can be used even with the hose coming from the left, whether used as the main regulator or as an octopus, to satisfy and personalize the needs of each diver.

The benefits are undeniable: the special conformation allows both the risk of tangling during the dive and the vibration of the hose while kicking to be reduced as much as possible. All of this, combined with maximum freedom of movement for incredible comfort.

The vertical second stage is designed with a rubber hose which is slightly longer than the standard ones currently provided: 110 cm. The new, built-in “S-VAD” (Sagittal VAD) system and the unique profile of the internal deflector combined with the double exhaust valve allow for natural breathing at any depth, enormously increasing breathing comfort during dives.

The large purge button, made of silicone, provides easy and immediate use, even with thick gloves.

The Loop is a compact and lightweight second stage, also available as octopus in the classic yellow color.

Paired with the Mares 15X balanced diaphragm first stage, it is sold as the main regulator. If used as an octopus, on the other hand, it can be used with any Mares first stage.
