AIRTRIM
The first and only pneumatic system (patented) that revolutionizes and simplifi es buoyancy control during the dive, making it easy to operate, precise and immediate in any position and under any condition. Always at hand, Airtrim simultaneously operates two exhaust pneumatic
valves that minimize the entry of water.
HIGH LIFT
This design characteristic means high lift capacity across all sizes compared to traditional bladder constructions. Demanding and technical divers are supported even when loaded by the weight of heavy tanks and many accessories. High lift is also ideal for recreational divers who don’t like compromises and limitations for their activity.
BACKMOUNTED
The inflation bladder is 100% in the rear of the BC enabling high lift capacity, reducing bulk in the front area for an unrestricted feel and maximum freedom of movement. Mares backmounted BCs are fully equipped and designed to support a comfortable position on the surface.
BPS PLUS
The Back Protection System Plus is a patented dual position lumbar backpack. Heavily padded in either position, you can double the padding for increased lumbar support or extend the length of the padding depending on body shape for ultimate dive and pre-dive comfort.
TRIM WEIGHT
This compartment is for using fixed weights to provide balance. Rear non-releasable weights holding 2,5kg/5.5lbs per pocket, secured with quick release buckles.
MRS PLUS
Optimal ballast with a mechanical release system.
A simple click ensures easy and secure storage of
the weight pockets. A single outward pull on the oversized handle releases your weights. Maximum load 6kg/13lbs. Velcro interior for dividing the pocket into multiple sections (M, L, XL).
MOVEABLE D-RINGS
Easy to open Fastex D-ring allows you to change shoulder strap position to further customize the length of your BC. Consequently, one BC can fit more sizes and body shapes. Moveable D-rings are ideal for easily locating and securely attaching accessories.
ADJUSTABLE CHEST STRAP
Chest strap adjusts both vertically and horizontally depending on torso length, body shape or drysuit valve positioning. Extends more versatility in the adjustment of the BC in order to fit your confi guration best, therefore granting the most comfort.
KNIFE GROMMETS
Grommets for easily attaching the Mares Force knife collection. The grommets are located in the most convenient area of the BC, so your knife is always accessible when you need it.
QUICK-PAK SYSTEM
Innovation in compacting and transporting the BC.
With a few quick moves, you can compact your BC to its minimum dimensions (45x30x30cm). Once closed, the BC will be better protected and can be easily stored in a closet or transported in a small travel backpack.
