Danishark Elasmobranch Research is a no-profit association that carries out research projects on Elasmobranch fishes.
The founder is Danilo Rezzolla who is a member of GRIS Italian Shark Research Group, and an associate researcher at the Milan Aquarium.
The Association conducts research expeditions, ethological and biological studies on several shark and ray species, thesis and internships, monographic courses on cartilaginous fishes and conferences.
At the moment the main research projects is Hammerhead Schooling Research: ethological studies on the aggregations of scalloped hammerhead shark (Sphyrna lewini) in Sudan.
